China’s largest SUV manufacturer Great Wall Motors which is also known as GWM plans to make its India debut at the 15th edition of the Auto Expo – The Motor Show 2020, in Delhi. The Chinese manufacturer has announced that it will be unveiling a new battery-electric concept vehicle – Vision 2025 at the Auto Expo 2020. The Concept Vehicle – Vision 2025 is aimed at the younger audience and also showcases smart, intelligent connectivity and future sustainability.
GWM is a Chinese manufacturer which owns the Haval marquee which specialises in SUVs. The Concept Vehicle – Vision 2025 will be badged under Haval. GWM will also be showcasing various GWM EV products and the brand’s innovations in connectivity, intelligent safety and advanced autonomous systems. Under their Haval marquee, the GWM brand will be showcasing its range of SUVs. The brand will also make the India debut with the global premiere of its Haval Concept H.
GWM has a wide sales network in over 60 countries along with marketing centres in South America, South Africa, Middle East, Russia and Australia. The brand also has R&D centres in China, Japan, South Korea, the United States of America, Germany, Austria and Bengaluru, India. GWM has also signed an agreement to acquire the General Motor’s plant located in Talegaon, Pune, Maharashtra India, reinforcing the brand’s commitment towards the Indian market.
