Ford India is increasingly adding more touchpoints under its dealership network and wants to demonstrate its commitment towards providing the best ownership experience in the country. Today, Ford announced that it has now added 2 more dealerships in the Delhi NCR region and with this, the total number of sales and service outlets in the region stands at 28. These two new touchpoints will offer sales, service and spares to the customers in the Delhi NCR region. Recently, Ford had also launched a new touchpoint in Goa, further expanding its reach to newer regions.
The two new Ford dealerships named, Adiv Ford and Shree Pawan Ford will aim to cater for the demand in the Delhi NCR. Adiv Ford address located, at B-1/A-11, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi has a total area of 5,000 square feet for the showroom and 25,000 square feet for the service area. There are a total of 10 mechanical bays along with 10 body shops. The second touchpoint named Shree Pawan Ford located at D-247/2, Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh has a total showroom area of 9,108 square feet along with a servicing area of 55,000 square feet equipped with 10 mechanical bays and 10 body shops.
Ford claims that customers can leverage the company’s Service Price Promise tool, which allows the customers to calculate their vehicle’s periodic maintenance way ahead of booking their service appointment. Under the Sub Assembly Levels for Repairs initiative, all the auto parts are broken up into sub-components, which helps in lowering the ownership and repair cost. Taking the current rising Covid-19 cases into consideration, Ford launched the Dial-A-Ford initiative, which promises to deliver safe and fully sanitized vehicles to the customers without any compromise on convenience. Under this initiative, customers will be able to connect with the Ford team who can help undertake booking, test drive and doorstep delivery from the comfort of their home.
