2015 has seen some interesting concept cars. One automotive brand that was missing in the concept race was Ferrari. Although Ferrari debuted its LaFerrari not too long ago, Adriano Raeli, an Italian designer decided it was time to showcase the F80 – what could be the LaFerrari successor.
Ferrari F80 follows design cues similar to LaFerrari and Ferrari Enzo, but Raeli made sure it looks like a next-generation Ferrari.
It is expected to be powered by a twin-turbo hybrid V8 using Ferrari’s KERS technology instead of the iconic V12 currently found in LaFerrari. This combination will produce a massive 1,200 horsepower and weighing only 1,763 pounds. The hypercar is expected to accelerate to 100 kmph in 2.2 secs and achieve a top speed of 499 kmph.
Well only technology and time will decide if this concept will actually be a reality. But none the less we do know the new Ferrari’s will look somewhat like this, gorgeous is she?
