The much-anticipated Ferrari Purosangue SUV has finally arrived in India, marking a significant milestone in the luxury automobile sector. The Italian automaker’s first-ever SUV is priced at a whopping INR 10.5 Crore, reflecting its premium status and exceptional features.

A New Chapter for Ferrari in India

The launch of the Purosangue, which translates to ‘Pure Blood’ in Italian, signifies Ferrari’s foray into the SUV segment, a move that has been eagerly awaited by car enthusiasts and industry experts alike. This launch is not just an addition to Ferrari’s illustrious line-up of high-performance vehicles, but it also represents a strategic expansion into a segment that has seen exponential growth in recent years.

Ferrari Purosangue: Synonymous with Luxury and Performance

The Purosangue SUV is equipped with a 6.5 L naturally aspirated V12 engine that produces 725 hp of power and 716 Nm of torque. It is one of the most powerful SUVs in the market.

High Expectations for the Indian Market

The Indian luxury car market has shown robust growth over the years, with a noticeable shift towards luxury SUVs. The arrival of the Ferrari Purosangue is expected to further fuel this trend. Despite its high price tag, the order books are already closed till 2026. They will be reopened once again in the time to come. However, the potential buyers might have to shell out upto 20% more once the books reopen.

As for the colours, there are unlimited customization options that can be selected. However, the car does come with 8 colors as standard, which include three shades of Red and one each of Black, Blue, Yellow, Grey and White.
