Honda has turned heads at the 2024 EICMA with the debut of its revamped Honda Transalp XL750 adventure motorcycle, a machine built for those who crave both the thrill of the open road and the challenges of off-road trails.
The refreshed Transalp XL750 boasts a sleek new look, featuring a modern LED projector headlight that takes cues from the Africa Twin, and a windscreen designed for optimal airflow around the rider. The new 5-inch TFT display offers enhanced visibility and connectivity, while updated switchgear ensures easy access to controls. The bike will be available in Rose White, Pearl Deep Mud Grey, and Graphite Black color schemes, appealing to a wide range of riders.
Equipped with a 755cc parallel-twin engine, the Transalp XL750 delivers 91.7 bhp at 9,500 rpm and 75 Nm of torque at 7,250 rpm. The engine’s 270-degree crankshaft provides a perfect blend of power and torque, ideal for both highway cruising and off-road adventures. Improved suspension settings include softer compression and rebound at the front, paired with a firmer rear monoshock for better stability and comfort.
With a starting price expected around INR 10.99 lakh (ex-showroom), the Transalp XL750 positions itself as a strong competitor against the likes of the Suzuki V-Strom 800DE and Triumph Tiger 900. This latest iteration of the Transalp is tailored to meet the demands of adventure riders, offering both performance and practicality.
Honda’s latest offering, the refreshed Transalp XL750, promises to bring a new level of excitement to the adventure motorcycle market. Its combination of modern design, advanced features, and competitive pricing is sure to attract both seasoned riders and new enthusiasts.
