Hero unveiled its new Karizma XMR 210 at EICMA 2024 and few visible new updates in its suspension and instrument cluster can be seen. Hero has unveiled some other line ups of motorcycles and an electric scooter as well at EICMA such as Hero Karizma XMR 250, Hero Xtreme 250R, Hero Xpulse 210, New Hero Mavrick 440 and its all new electric scooter Vida Z.
The new Karizma gets new golden upside down front forks. Also it gets a new dual tone color and graphics on it. Full screen TFT is also provided to it. Not much information has been given out whether changes would be seen in its engine or not.
The Current Karizma has a 210 cc single cylinder liquid cooled engine, DOHC and 6 speed gearbox. The bike comes with 25.5 ps of power and 20.4 Nm of torque. It has a kerb weight of around 163.5 kgs and seat height of 810 mm. The bike comes with Dual ABS channel ABS and both rear and front has a petal disc brake. The current bike has an LCD instrument cluster with 35 features. The bike has been developed thoughtfully for the city and urban commutes.
Hero Karizma XMR 250:
The new Hero Karizma XMR 250 is a Sporty looking fairing bike that has a 250 cc liquid cool, DOHC, single cylinder engine with four valves, that generates 30 bhp and 25 Nm of torque. It has a 6 speed gearbox. The bike comes with some high end features like height adjustable clip-on handles which will enable the rider to adjust their riding position accordingly. Integrated starter switch, Dual channel ABS, a TFT display and LED illumination are also provided to the New Karizma XMR. It also gets a USD front fork suspension, disc brakes at both rear and front and a monoshock.
Hero Xtreme 250R:
The new Hero Xtreme 250R is a 6 speed naked bike that has the same engine as XMR 250. It also has an ABS mode, LED projector headlamps with DRLs, USD front suspension and rear 6-step adjustable monoshock absorber, 50-50 weight distribution and turn by turn navigation with music control.
Hero Xpulse 210:
The Hero unveiled its new Xpulse 210 adventure and off-road bike at EICMA. The previous Xpulse variants have done well in the market and now this 210 cc, 6 speed gearbox bike with liquid cool, DOHC, single cylinder engine that generates 24.5 bhp and 20.4 Nm of torque which awaits to hit the Indian roads soon. The bike has a Telescopic Front Forks with 210mm Travel and monoshock absorber with 205 mm Travel at rear. It has a Dual channel ABS and disc brakes at both rear and front.
New Hero Mavrick 440:
The New Hero Mavrick 440 was unveiled at EICMA 2024 and new changes can be seen in its suspension and instrument cluster. The bike gets new golden USD front forks and a TFT display. Apart from this, the bike has a same 6 speed gearbox and an air/oil cooled engine that produces 27 bhp and 36 Nm of torque and a slip and assist clutch just like the current model. It has a kerb weight of 189 kg and seat height of 803 mm.
Vida Z:
Hero’s all new electric Vida Z has multiple charging modes, removable battery and its battery pack capacity ranges from 2.2 kWh to up to 4.4 kWh. The brand claims that the bike will come with a connectivity suit and cloud platform which will enable the owner to track and monitor the vehicles health status, movement and theft detection, geofence, immobilizing the vehicle incase of unauthorized use of it and perform over-the-air updates without the need to visit the service station. It will also get a touch screen TFT.
