Ducati India has announced a rise in the price of certain models from its range and this will come into effect from 1st January 2025. This increase in price will be effective on Indian ex-showroom prices and will be applicable on all Ducati showrooms throughout India such as New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, and Kolkata.
While stating the reason for an increase in the price of certain ducati models in India; MD of Ducati India, Bipul Chandra said, that there has been an increase in the operational cost due to inflation and rise in the prices of commodity which has ultimately resulted in the rise of the prices for certain models. However, the company remains dedicated to maintaining its image of luxury motorcycle in the premium motorcycle segment.
Ducati is planning to launch new products for India in 2025. It has already launched motorcycles like 2025 Multistrada V4, Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak, the Scrambler Icon, Scrambler Full Throttle, the Scrambler 10th Anniversario Rizoma, Panigale V2, and the Streetfighter V2. However, they are planning to do the unveiling of three more models by the end of 2024.
Ducati celebrated its victory in MotoGP by winning 19 races, out of 20 Grand Prix races and the rider and constructing championship. Further, it also managed to earn 8th position in the sprint race of Thailand, becoming the first manufacturer in the MotoGP to achieve this.
2025 Multistrada V4 has an V4 Granturismo engine that generates the power of 168 bhp. Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak has an V4 engine that produces the power of 170 bhp. Scrambler Icon has an 803cc air cooled, L-twin engine that generates the power of 71.87 bhp. Scrambler Full Throttle is also powered by a 803 cc, twin cylinder air cooled engine producing 71.87 bhp. Further, the Scrambler 10th Anniversario Rizoma is powered by a 803 cc, L-twin, liquid cooled engine that generates the power of 72 bhp, Panigale V2 is powered by 955cc V twin engine, generating 153 bhp of power and last but not the least Streetfighter V2 is powered by 955 cc Superquadro engine and produces the power of 151 bhp.
