In a thrilling revelation at the London Bike Shed MotoShow, Ducati has unveiled its latest concept mode, the Scrambler RR241. This new concept represents a bold proposition from the Italian motorcycle manufacturer, demonstrating the technical prowess of Centro Stile Ducati, Ducati’s customisation arm.
The Scrambler RR24 is a study in simplicity, with clean lines and a lack of unnecessary embellishments. Every aluminium component on the bike is intentionally left exposed, giving it a raw and rugged aesthetic. The fuel tank incorporates a frame to attach a tank bag for carrying essentials, and the removable passenger portion of the seat can transform into a luggage rack.
Adding to this rugged, go-anywhere attitude are the knobby Pirelli Scorpion Rally tyres mounted on 18-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoke rims. The high-clearance front fender promises impressive terrain-tackling capabilities. At the rear, an exposed jerry can pays homage to the upcycling philosophy.
The RR24 channels cinematic post-apocalyptic aesthetics, embodying a minimalist, functional design for an authentic riding experience. The high-mounted Termignoni exhaust amplifies the tracker styling, perfectly suited to this minimalist explorer.
All in all, the Scrambler RR24 is an uncompromising expression of Ducati’s “Wind Wanderer” philosophy. It promises an authentic and adventurous ride, inspired by post-apocalyptic aesthetics. This concept model, along with its sibling, the CR24, were both unveiled at the ongoing London Bike Shed MotoShow1, marking a new chapter in Ducati’s journey of innovation and design.
