Italian premium manufacturer Ducati has revealed its Touring product range for the Ducati Diavel, Ducati Multistrada, Ducati SuperSport and the Ducati Monster family of motorcycles that position themselves as touring models in the brand’s vast product portfolio. The brand has, therefore, introduced the vast range of Ducati Performance accessories to make each trip even more pleasant.
The Ducati Performance accessories and technical equipment have been designed by Ducati Centro Stile and developed in synergy with the best manufacturers in the respective sector. The Ducati Performance accessories offer a balance between the brand’s high sports spirit along with high levels of comfort that will make the bike suitable for long tours that span of several days.
The Ducati Performance accessory line for the Ducati Diavel family includes a passenger backrest that provides comfort to the pillion on the journey and a set of semi-rigid panniers with a maximum capacity of 36-litres, 18-litres on each side. The panniers integrate with the bike’s style and come with a thermoformed interior and the fabric exterior.
The Ducati Multistrada is offered with rigid side panniers (56.6-litre), a plastic top case, smartphone support, a phone case for smartphone support, a Grand Tourismo windscreen and Ducati Zumo 396 satellite navigator kit that features a glove-friendly wide 4.3 display with sturdy, waterproof, fuel resistant and UV resistant body with Bluetooth for smartphone, earphone and helmet connectivity. It includes a preloaded map covering 46 countries in Europe, lifelong updates free of charge and built-in Wi-Fi to download the maps without cables. The navigator system also comes with a lot of other features.
The Ducati SuperSport is offered with accessories such as side panniers expandable up to 50-litres equipped with waterproof zips, padlocked closure and reflective inserts, a lowered seat with a reduction in height of -20 mm that helps to reach the ground with ease without sacrificing comfort.
The Ducati Monster family is offered with Ducati Performance accessories such as a Comfort Seat that is 25mm higher made from high-density foam and lined with a technical fabric that is designed to improve rider and pillion comfort, a 5-litre capacity tank pocket bag to store a mobile phone, wallet, documents and other personal belongings and a Passenger Grab Handles to improve safety and support enhancing comfort for the pillion.
In other news, Ducati India has opened pre-launch bookings for the BS6 emissions-compliant Ducati Panigale V2 in the Indian market and customers can now book the Panigale V2 by visiting the nearest Ducati Store and book the motorcycle for an initial amount of INR 100,000 till the current stock lasts. The Ducati Panigale V2 is expected to be launched in a few weeks in the Indian market.
