Ducati announces 2 new Panigale V4 limited editions

To celebrate the double wins of the MotoGP and WorldSBK titles, Yamaha has announced two limited editions of the Panigale V4 bikes. They are inspired by the Desmosedici GP and Panigale V4 R of World Champions Francesco Bagnaia and Álvaro Bautista. These limited edition bikes were unveiled at the Campioni in Piazza2 event.

This year has been very good for the team Red. Ducati is now a world champion for the first time in both MotoGP and WorldSBK in the same year. Thanks to the team efforts of the engineers, teams and riders, the Bologna-based manufacturer had a dream run. To celebrate these wins, Ducati is celebrating with these two unique, collectible models.

More details about the limited edition bikes

Based on the regular Panigale V4 S, the bikes will get special liveries. These include the Pecco Bagnaia #63 and Álvaro Bautista #19. The limited run bikes will feature an original autograph of the winning rider on the tank of the respective bike. The autograph is protected from the elements by a clear varnish. Additionally, the bikes will be limited to just 260 units, in honour of the birth year of the company – 1926. The year when Ducati was founded.

In terms of seating, both bikes will get only a single seat configuration. The bikes will get billet aluminium upper clamp with laser engraving. The engraving will consist of the name of the model and the serial number of the limited production run. Other features include a nine-disc STM-EVO SBK dry clutch, Akrapovič street-legal silencer (2 kg lighter than the Panigale V4’s stock unit), Brembo braking system enhanced by Stylema® R callipers and MCS master cylinder with remote adjuster, Rizoma billet aluminium adjustable footpegs and racing plexiglass.

Not just the aforementioned parts, but these bikes also get carbon fibre rear exhaust manifold heat shield, alternator cover, front and rear fenders, and front brake ducts. The single-sided swingarm gets a carbon fibre and titanium cover. Also the bike dedicated to Álvaro Bautista #19 features the brushed aluminium tank found on the more refined versions of the Panigale V4.

Special delivery of the limited edition bikes

These limited edition bikes will be delivered to customers in a parking case with dedicated graphics, a certificate of authenticity, a custom bike cover and the Ducati Data Analyser+. Along with the bikes, the owners will also receive carbon fibre open clutch cover, licence plate and mirror removal kits and the billet aluminium racing fuel cap. Owners can take their bikes on track days with this kit.
