Cyborg GT 120 electric sportsbike launched with 180 km range

Emerging Indian electric mobility company, Ignitron has introduced its latest electric sports bike in the Indian market called the GT 120. The electric bike is launched under the company’s Cyborg brand. The EV maker revealed that the GT 120 is the company’s third Made in India high-speed product. Cyborg has announced that the GT 120 will be available in two colour options – Black and Dark Purple. However, the brand has not yet revealed the pricing on the new e-motorcycle.

The brand also boasts that the motorcycle will be a combination of exciting features targeted towards young enthusiasts, and the bike will help elevate their lifestyle while being eco-friendly. The GT 120 also features a revolutionary design in the electric vehicle industry which also allows the rider to traverse urban environments as well as longer distances with ease.

Cyborg GT 120 – Technical Specifications

Powering the Cyborg GT 120 is a 4.68 kWh lithium-ion battery. The battery is mated to a 6,000 kW (peak) electric motor mounted on the hub. The BLDC motor provides a top speed of 125 kmph. The lithium-ion fixed battery claims to provide a range of 180 km on a single charge. The battery is weatherproof and touch-safe and charges from 0-100% in just 4 to 5 hours. The battery can also be charged using a 15 amp Fast Home Charger. Thanks to the robust power unit, the e-motorcycle can sprint from 0-40 kmph in just 2.5 seconds. The Cyborg GT 120 rides on telescopic forks up-front and a fully-adjustable mono-shock at the rear. Braking power comes from disc brakes on both the front and rear.

Cyborg GT 120 – Top Features

The Cyborg GT 120 comes with features such as a digital instruments cluster and key-less ignition (Remote Control). The e-motorcycle also gets Geo-Location/Geo-Fencing, Battery Status, USB Charging, Bluetooth, etc. In addition to this, the Cyborg GT 120 also comes with three riding modes – Eco, Normal and Sport. The bike also comes with reverse mode and parking assist, along with multiple sounds.

Recently, Ignitron also introduced the first electric cruiser in the Indian market called the Cyborg Yoda. The bookings for the Cyborg Yoda are now open through the brand official website.
