Crayon Motors announces nationwide RSA for EV customers

Crayon Motors announces its Roadside Assistance for all its EV Vehicles across the country. In order to achieve this, the company has tied up with Global Assure. Crayon will leverage Global Assure’s wide range of networks to serve the maximum of its customers. This move also attempts to promote electric mobility in the country and encourage more customers to opt for EVs. All vehicles dispatched after 10th March are eligible for this offer.

Crayon mentioned that other users interested in getting this RSA can purchase it from their nearest Crayon dealer. RSA is a great tool to ensure peace of mind for EV owners. Customers can avail of this service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Furthermore, this association will also provide phone breakdown support, spare key arrangements, tyre changes, ambulance assistance, message relay to friends and family, towing in the event of a breakdown, and more. Customers just need to dial a toll-free number to avail of this service. Crayon mentioned that dealers/customers must register their vehicles with the brand as soon as they purchase them to avail this RSA service.

Crayon Motors Current Status

Presently, the EV maker has its presence at over 100+ touchpoints. They include key cities in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Gujarat, among others. Crayon’s range of scooters starts from INR 54,000, thus making it popular amongst the customers due to its aggressive pricing. The company’s low-speed offerings, Envy and Snow+, have positively impacted the country. Given the rising demand for EVs in India, Crayon aims to increase its manufacturing capacity to over 1,000,000 units. The EV maker has maintained steady growth in the past few years and is doing pretty well in the Indian market. Furthermore, the brand is exploring options to export its products to European and UK markets.
