Citroen India has announced that the French car manufacturer has appointed Mahendra Singh Dhoni as its brand ambassador in India. Captain Cool’s collaboration with Citroen is a linchpin for the brand and will help the brand when customers choose to buy a vehicle.
According to Citroen, the company and MSD share core values such as “excellence and reliability” while focussing on the delivering results. The brand also reveals that Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Citroen also have a shared philosophical thought. Furthermore, the company also understands customer’s needs and offers well-engineered cars that come with advanced comfort as well as modern styling, along with spacious interiors.
Citroen has been creating automobile and technologies since 1919 and the brand has been known for its boldness and innovation. In the international market Citroen has small electric cars like the Ami as well as saloons, SUVs and commercial vehicles available in both electric and rechargeable hybrid electric versions. Citroen not only has an expansive presence in the Indian market but worldwide the brand has presence in 101 countries with a network of 6,200 points of sales and service.
Citroen currently retails the C5 Aircross SUV, C3 Aircross SUV, C3 and E-C3 All electric. The brand will soon be launching the new Basalt Vision SUV Coupe in the Indian market. The Basalt Vision will be the brand’s third vehicle in India under the C-Cubed programme and comes with a unique crossover design. The Basalt Vision features a distinctive geometric design on its sides as well as a sloping rear trailing edge. The crossover SUV also come with a high bonnet and high ground clearance. The Basalt Vision also boasts of spacious interiors and the latest in technologies. Expect the Basalt Vision to launch around the festive season in India.
