Chevrolet’s service promise to Indian customers

Written by AnantaSaranNayak

Chevrolet has released an official press release regarding its operations for Indian customers. The company has assured that it will continue to take care of its customers in India through a dedicated team. This team is responsible for overseeing a service network, training centre, and full-fledged warehousing and logistics operation to make genuine parts available for its customers. The commitment continued five years after Chevrolet stopped selling vehicles in India. Going forward, the company will continue with the same commitment over 2024 and beyond. Thus Chevrolet as a company upholds its promise to support customers with parts availability and after-sales services during this period.

Customers At The Core Of Business

Chevrolet mentioned that the customer remains at the centre of everything they do. Thus they are still committed to offering quality service for their vehicles in India. To ensure easy access to service, Chevrolet India has maintained a network of Authorised Service Operations with over 170 customer touchpoints. Customers also have the option to buy genuine Chevrolet parts, including batteries, lube and genuine Chevrolet parts, over the counter at these locations. GM is expanding their aftersales presence in India with ACDelco. Under this, they will provide parts including batteries, lube and other parts for all vehicle makes.

More On Chevrolet India’s Initiative

With this initiative, Chevrolet also continues to appeal to its customers to get their vehicles regularly inspected, thus enhancing the overall safety aspect of the car. The company also urges the customer to avail free of charge at the nearest Chevrolet Authorised Service Operations for open recall campaigns. This includes the Cruze sedan’s Takata airbag safety recall as well. Furthermore, customers can check for any recall on their vehicles at Chevrolet India’s official website. To help its customers stay in touch, the brand maintains this website. There’s also a customer service centre where customers can e-mail Chevrolet at gmi.cac@gm.com or call 18002088080.
