Check out this Ultraviolette F99 Factory Racing Platform

Ultraviolette has unveiled the country’s first all-electric super bike with an intent to claim speed records for the Indian Motorcycles. The brand has christened it the F99 Factory Racing Platform and it was first unveiled at the EICMA 2023. Now the company has announced that the pre-production prototype of the F99 bolsters the brand’s vision of “Design in India, Design for the World”. Ultraviolette plans to soon use the F99 Factory Racing Program to claim the Indian Speed Records in a span of 90 days.

Indian Motorcycle Speed Records

In the next 90 days the brand plans to claim the records for the Highest Top Speed for an Indian motorcycle as well as the Fastest Quarter mile for an Indian motorcycle. The Ultraviolette F99 is completely designed and engineered in India, and strives to push the envelope in the Indian motorcycle racing segment, thanks to the Factory Racing Platform.

Ultraviolette F77

The brand already retails the Ultraviolette F77 in the Indian market which in itself is quite an exciting all-electric motorcycle. The Ultraviolette F77 is sold in 5 cities in India. This includes Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi, Pune and Ahmedabad. Also, the F77 will soon be sold in cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Visakhapatnam and Mangalore. Ultraviolette has announced that the expansion of its network called “Space Stations” are likely to take place from next month.

The specifications on the Ultraviolette F99 Factory Racing Platform are not available. However, the F77 Mach2 Recon which is the latest addition from the company features a 30 kW/40.2 Hp Permanent Magnet AC Motor delivering a peak torque of 100 Nm. The motor is coupled to a 7.1 kWh battery pack that claims a range of 211 km on a single charge (IDC). The Mach 2 Recon can sprint from 0-100 kmph in 7.7 seconds and has the top speed of 155 kmph. The F99 Factory Racing Platform is likely to be more powerful and lighter than the F77.
