CFMoto, the Chinese motorcycle manufacturer, made waves at the EICMA 2023 with a series of unveils, showcasing a diverse range of bikes. Among the notable releases were the 450MT, positioned as a direct rival to the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, and the 125NK Concept, poised to compete with the Yamaha MT125 and KTM 125 Duke. Adding a touch of high-performance flair to its lineup, CFMoto also presented the 800NK GP, a track-oriented motorcycle derived from its flagship street naked model.
CFMoto 800NK GP : More Details
True to its name, the 800NK GP boasts substantial modifications that distinguish it from the standard version, aligning it as a focused track machine. The motorcycle is adorned in CFMoto’s eye-catching Moto3 team livery, featuring striking black, blue, and pink colors. The design includes bold branding elements and a pink-accented pillion-seat cowl. While the overall styling retains similarities with the standard model, the 800NK GP elevates its hardware to a higher echelon.
New components on the 800NK GP
Noteworthy enhancements include premium components such as Brembo Stylema calipers, providing exceptional braking performance. The rear suspension benefits from a fully adjustable setup by Ohlins, elevating the motorcycle’s handling capabilities. Complementing these upgrades are CNC machined parts and a standard SC Project exhaust, further accentuating the 800NK GP’s track-oriented character. The bike’s ergonomics have also undergone revisions for a sportier and more aggressive riding posture, featuring higher rear sets and lower handlebars.
Availability of the 800NK GP
Despite these enhancements, the 800NK GP retains the same engine and features as the standard version. While CFMoto is expected to introduce this special edition globally in the near future, it’s important to note that it will not be available in the Indian market. This decision comes amid indications that CFMoto has ceased operations in India, adding an air of exclusivity to the 800NK GP for enthusiasts elsewhere around the globe.
