BMW Motorrad F 900 XR now priced in India at INR 12.30 lakh

BMW has launched the new F 900 XR in the Indian market. The brand has announced that the bookings for the F 900 XR are now open through BMW Motorrad dealerships across the country. Furthermore, the BMW Motorrad F 900 XR will come to the Indian soil via the completely built-up units (CBU) route. The brand also announced that the deliveries for the BMW Motorrad F 900 XR will commence from June 2022.

The BMW Motorrad F 900 XR comes with a single variant – BMW F 900 XR Pro. The bike comes with a price tag of INR 12.30 lakh ex-showroom. BMW Motorrad is offering the F 900 XR with a standard warranty for ‘three years, unlimited kilometres.’ Customers can also opt for an extended warranty for the fourth and fifth year. In addition to this, the brand also offers Road-Side Assistance with a 24×7 365 days package. BMW Motorrad is also offering easy finance options from BMW Financial Services India. This will help enthusiasts easily acquire the F 900 XR and other exciting motorcycles from the BMW Motorrad range. 

2022 BMW Motorrad F 900 XR – Technical Specifications

Powering the BMW Motorrad F 900 XR is an 895cc water-cooled four-stroke in-line 2-cylinder engine. The engine with DOHC four-valve per cylinder valvetrain and dry-sump lubrication produce 105 Hp of power and 92 Nm of torque. The motor comes matched to a 6-speed transmission that can accelerate the bike from 0-100kmph in just 3.6 seconds. The motorcycle is also able to achieve a top speed of over 200 kmph. The motorcycle comes with an upside-down telescopic fork on the front and a double-sided swinging arm with a central suspension strut.

The BMW Motorrad F 900 XR comes with features such as a multifunction 6.5-inch full-colour TFT screen. The dashboard is integrated with the BMW Motorrad Multi-Controller and also comes equipped with BMW Motorrad Connectivity App. The motorcycle also comes with standard features such as Dynamic ESA, Keyless Ride and a centre stand.

The Dynamic Package includes Headlight Pro, Daytime Riding Lights and Gear Shift Assist Pro. Riding Modes Pro, Dynamic Engine Brake Control (MSR), Heated Grips, Dynamic Traction Control, ABS Pro, and case holders are part of the Active Package. The motorcycle also comes with Adaptive Cornering Lights for better illumination and visibility.
