BMW India has announced the launch of the BMW M4 Competition Coupe xDrive. The brand will be bringing the high-performance sports car as a completely built-up unit (CBU). BMW has revealed that the all-new BMW M4 Competition is available in a petrol variant only with an ex-showroom price of INR 1,43,90,000.
The brand has revealed that the BMW M4 Competition Coupe xDrive will be available in the – Skyscraper grey, Portimao Blue, Black Sapphire, Sao Paulo Yellow, Toronto Red metallic colours and Alpine White in non-metallic colours. The BMW m4 Competition is also available in Individual metallic paint finishes available are – Tanzanite Blue, Dravitgrey, Aventurine Red, Frozen Brilliant White, Frozen Portimao Blue. Other optional BMW Individual Special Paintworks available are Frozen Orange, Frozen Black, Frozen Deep Grey.
The BMW M4 Competition comes with an M-specific version of the large, vertical BMW kidney grille and hallmark double bars in a horizontal design. The large grille is flanked by Adaptive LED Headlights with BMW Laserlight. The car also comes with M-specific exterior mirrors with aerodynamically optimized contouring and high gloss black as standard. On the rear, the M4 Competition features a rear spoiler aerodynamically optimized fins and black chrome finished two pairs of exhaust tailpipes.
The BMW M4 Competition Coupe xDrive comes with a carbon fibre trim, electrically adjustable M sport seats and M Leather ‘Merino’ with extended contents upholstery. The car also features M Seat belts, Multifunction for steering wheel, seat heating, Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) sunroof, 3-zone AC controls, Adaptive M-specific Suspension, M Sport Differential, M high-performance compound brakes. 19- or 20-inch M-forged wheels double-spoke alloy wheels. The M4 Competition also comes with Active seat ventilation, M Racetrack package, M Carbon Exterior package, M Drive professional and M Compound Break red high gloss.
Powering the BMW M4 Competition Coupe xDrive is a 3.0-litre straight-six engine with M TwinPower Turbo technology. The petrol engine produces 510 Hp of power and 650 Nm of torque. The engine is capable of producing 0 – 100 kmph in just 3.5 seconds. The motor produces eight speed M Steptronic transmission. The car also gets comfort-oriented, sports-focused, or track optimized.
