BMW Group India has announced a special pre-monsoon service campaign for its customers. All customers owning a BMW or Mini product can avail of this service. BMW’s main aim of this initiative is to ensure complete car readiness for the upcoming rainy season. Furthermore, customers will also get useful information and tips on effective vehicle management, on-time maintenance and overall understanding of BMW and MINI vehicles.
Customers will get a comprehensive vehicle check. And if necessary, a basic Condition-Based Service is also on the cards. BMW mentioned that certified technical experts will carry out the entire work. Customers can book prior appointments for making their visit. Moreover, customers can also update their details to receive special promotions and offers from dealers.
With monsoon around the corner, the chances of flooding increase significantly. In this pre-Monsoon Service, special provisions have been made in cities more vulnerable to heavy flooding. BMW will send support at various service points to bring flood-affected vehicles back on the road. To add to the convenience, BMW will also prioritise quick turn-around time for the spare parts. BMW Group India has been conducting these campaigns across the country.
The carmaker also confirmed that cars older than 5 years would get discounts up to 30% under the ‘BMW Joy Rewards’ initiative. Customers can get more details of the offer and other vehicle checks by visiting the service camps. Through this special service camp, BMW is also sending a positive message to drive cautiously during heavy rains and around waterlogged areas. Customers should also not attempt to re-start the engine of a stalled vehicle in flood to avoid damage to the engine.
