BMW Motorrad is making slow progress in the Indian big bike market. At the Auto Expo 2018, the German two-wheeler manufacturer introduced two new adventure tourer motorcycles for our market; the F 750 GS & F 850 GS. Both these bikes will be brought to India as a CBU, and will be delivered to customers from May 2018 onwards. Bookings are now open.

The F 750 GS has been designed with travel enduro in mind combined with a low seat height. The F 850 GS though offers more power & torque along with better off-road ability. But how many owners here in India really go off-roading with these machines? Nevertheless…
The BMW F 750 GS will be available in white paing with black / red seat and yellow paint with black / grey seat. The F 850 GS will be available in red paint with black / grey seats and white with black / red seats.
Both bikes feature an all-new look with typical GS styling.
Both bikes are powered by the same 853cc, in-line, twin-cylinder motor. For the F 750 GS, this engine produces 77 HP @ 7500 RPM while for the F 850 GS, this motor produces 95 HP of power. @ 8250 RPM. Engine is matched to a 6-speed gearbox with a anti-hopping clutch. Both bikes get cruise control as standard. You can also opt for the optional quickshifter.
The F 750 GS & F 850 GS get 2 riding modes – Rain & Road for standard riding along with Dynamic, Enduro & Enduro Pro options along with dynamic traction control and banking capable ABS Pro.
To share all the information with you, both bikes get a 6.5″ full colour TFT console with bluetooth connectivity and navigation assistance directly onboard.
