Massive Demand For DICV In Maharashtra

Earlier this year, BharatBenz and Autobahn expanded their reach in Maharashtra by adding sales and service touchpoints in Chakan, Nashik, and Satara. The partnership of BharatBenz and Autobahn committed to opening a total of 25 touchpoints in the state by the end of 2022. BharatBenz touchpoints will then provide comprehensive commercial vehicle solutions to vehicles playing in and through the region.

Daimler India Commercial Vehicles mentioned western India has been a strong region for its sales. Meanwhile, Maharashtra has always been a performing market for BharatBenz. Thus expanding the network footprint with 10 new touchpoints at strategic locations will help them further cater to the increasing demand for BharatBenz trucks and buses. All this adds up perfectly to provide a world-class customer experience in the region.

DICV Current Network Of Touchpoints

As of today, BharatBenz has 26 touchpoints in Maharashtra. Sales have exceeded 15,000 BharatBenz trucks and buses in the state ever since BharatBenz’s inception. The company’s touchpoints are located at intersections of major National Highways across the state of Maharashtra. This includes NH3, NH4, NH6, and NH66. These highways play a very important role in the goods movements in the country connecting North India to South and West India to East.

With the latest addition, BharatBenz now has over 160 service bays active in Maharashtra. This figure means the company is capable of servicing 5,000+ vehicles a month. By the end of 2022, BharatBenz will have 25 fully operational Autobahn Trucking touchpoints in Maharashtra. Thus, reducing the average distance between two BharatBenz touchpoints in western Maharashtra from 150 km to 75 km approximately. The expansion is planned to address the increasing demand for BharatBenz vehicles in the region and to demonstrate DICV’s firm commitment to the Indian market
