Benelli has introduced the all-new TRK 251 in the Indian market. The brand recently started accepting bookings on the Benelli TRK 251 in India via its physical and digital stores. Customers can book the Benelli TRk 251 by putting down INR 6,000 as the booking price. The brand has now revealed all the details of the new TRK 251 adventure motorcycle along with its price and colour options available for our market.
The Benelli TRK 251 will come with a starting price tag of INR 2.51 lakh ex-showroom. The Italian brand is offering the motorcycle in three colour options. These are Glossy White, Glossy Black and Glossy Grey.
The Benelli TRK 251 comes with a pure adventure tourer design language. The quarter-litre bike draws its design inspiration from the twin-cylinder Benelli TRK 502 which is already for sale in the Indian market in the middleweight segment. The Benelli TRK 251 features a front beak along with a chiselled body design and a sleek tail section.
The brand offers a twin-pod LED headlamp along with a tall touring visor. The Benelli TRK 251 comes with an 18-litre large fuel tank and plush twin seats ergonomically designed for comfort both on-roads and on trails. The bike also comes with body integrated front indicator lamps which were recently also seen on the Benelli TRK 800 when the bike was officially unveiled at the EICMA 2021. The TRK 251 also comes with an upswept exhaust finished in chrome.
The Benelli TRK 251 measures 2070mm in length, 840mm in width and 1300mm in height. The bike offers 1390mm of wheelbase and 170mm of ground clearance. The bike also comes with a commanding 800mm seat height. Benelli offers the adventure tourer with 17-inch alloy wheels shod in 110/70 front and 150/60 rear tubeless tyres.
Powering the Benelli TRK 251 is a BS6 compliant 249cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder four-valve engine. The motor produces 25.8 PS of power and 21.1 Nm of torque. The engine comes with a 6-speed gearbox and a wet-multi-plate clutch. For the running gear, Benelli offers an Arch Bar Truck frame that rides on the upside-down telescopic front suspension and a monoshock on the rear. The motorcycle tips the scales at 164 kg dry.
