Bajaj launches Pulsar N125 in India at INR 94,707

Bajaj Auto has officially launched the Pulsar N125 in India, priced at INR 94,707 (ex-showroom). This new addition to the Pulsar N series is designed to offer a blend of sporty performance and urban functionality, making it an ideal choice for young, spirited riders.

Design and Features

The Pulsar N125 features a fresh design with sharp lines and aggressive styling, inspired by Supermotard proportions. The bike comes in two variants: the base LED Disc variant and the top-spec LED Disc BT variant. The base variant includes a slimmer rear tyre, a smaller LCD display, and a conventional self-starter. The top-spec variant adds Bluetooth connectivity, a larger LCD screen, and an Integrated Starter Generator (ISG) for silent starts.

Performance and Specifications

Under the hood, the Pulsar N125 is powered by a 124.58cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that delivers 12 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 11 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a five-speed gearbox, providing smooth and efficient performance. The bike features a telescopic front fork and a preload-adjustable monoshock at the rear, ensuring excellent ride quality. Braking duties are handled by a front disc brake and a rear drum brake, with a combined braking system (CBS) as standard.

Market Impact and Customer Reception

The Pulsar N125 is expected to attract buyers looking for a stylish and practical motorcycle in the 125cc segment. With its competitive pricing and advanced features, the bike is set to compete with popular models like the TVS Raider 125 and the Hero Xtreme 125R. Bajaj’s strong brand reputation and the Pulsar N125’s appealing design and performance are likely to make it a hit among urban riders.
