Bajaj Auto Ltd. has officially launched the Bajaj Freedom 125 in Delhi NCR. The Freedom 125 is the world’s first motorcycle integrated with a CNG cylinder, offering an environmentally friendly and cost-effective alternative to traditional petrol-powered bikes.
The Bajaj Freedom 125 stands out in a crowded market with its innovative dual-fuel capability. Equipped with a 2 kg CNG cylinder and an auxiliary 2-liter petrol tank, the Freedom 125 offers a combined range of up to 330 kilometers. This impressive range alleviates any concerns about running out of fuel, making it an ideal choice for daily commuters in the bustling Delhi NCR region.
In addition to its economic and environmental benefits, the Bajaj Freedom 125 does not compromise on rider comfort or safety. The motorcycle features first-in-category mono-linked type suspension, providing a smoother ride even on rough roads. A long, quilted seat ensures maximum comfort for both the rider and passenger, making it suitable for longer journeys.

Following its initial launch in Pune on July 5, 2024, and the first delivery on July 16, the Bajaj Freedom 125 has quickly gained traction across India. The overwhelming response, with over 30,000 inquiries in the first week alone, prompted Bajaj Auto to fast-track its nationwide rollout. Today’s launch in Delhi NCR is part of a broader strategy to make the Freedom 125 available in 77 towns by India’s 77th Independence Day, symbolizing the company’s commitment to offering sustainable transportation options across the country.
The Bajaj Freedom 125 is competitively priced, starting at INR 94,995 (ex-showroom Delhi), making it an accessible choice for a wide range of customers. It is now available at authorized Bajaj dealerships across the Delhi NCR region, with plans for further expansion throughout the country.
The Bajaj Freedom 125 is available in five striking colors: Ebony Black, Caribbean Blue, Cyber White, Racing Red, and Pewter Grey.
