Audi India has announced that the German luxury car manufacturer has opened bookings for the all-new Audi RS Q8 at the initial booking amount of INR 15 lakh in the Indian market. The all-new Audi RS Q8 can be booked at all Audi India dealerships and from the official company website through Audi’s contactless digital sales channel.
The Audi RS Q8 claims to be the brand’s fastest series-production SUV from the Audi family on the Nürburgring. The Audi RS Q8 not only boasts a notable performance but also comes with everyday usability featuring aggressive styling and a vast range of customization options.
The Audi RS Q8 is powered by a 4.0-litre V-8-Cylinder twin-turbocharged petrol engine featuring a roller cam follower, hydraulic valve play compensation and a direct injection system that produces 600 Hp of power and 800 Nm of torque matched to an 8-speed Tiptronic gearbox coupled to a Quattro permanent all-wheel drive with self-locking centre differential and a hydraulic torque converter with a lock-up clutch.
In terms of the design and styling, the Audi RS Q8 features an RS-specific octagonal single-frame grille with gloss black bezel and gloss black honeycomb intakes, large side air inlets, and a wing-styled air dam finished in gloss black, ridgelines on the bonnet, flared wheel arches with optional 23-inch alloy wheels, a coupe-style low roofline, frameless doors, a wraparound rear light strip, RS-specific roof edge spoiler that provides downforce at high speeds, RS-specific rear apron with a diffuser finished in gloss black and RS-specific oval tailpipes.
The Audi RS Q8 features RS-specific interiors with RS emblem on the steering wheel and gear selector lever, logo projectors on the front and rear door beams, RS-sport seats with ventilation finished in Nappa leather / Alcantara fit, a completely black cloth headlining optionally available in lunar silver cloth, Alcantara lunar silver or Alcantara black, a centrally mounted Audi MMI infotainment system with Audi connect, “RS Monitor” display, Audi Virtual Cockpit and an optional heads-up display.
Audi also gives its customers a wide range of customization and personalization options for the all-new Audi RS Q8 through the Audi India network across the country which is equipped to cater to all customization and personalization requests.
The Audi RS Q8 is the brand’s fourth product launch for the year 2020 after the brand’s recent launch of Audi RS 7 Sportback in July.
