Audi India adds new colours & features on A4 sedan

Audi India has announced that its A4 sedan has been updated with new colours and features. With this, the prices of the car have also gone up across all 3 variants. The current generation Audi A4 hit the Indian roads on January 04, 2021. Presented in three variants – Premium, Premium Plus and Technology, the A4 goes against the likes of the Mercedes-Benz C-class, BMW 3-series and Jaguar XE, and the third-gen Volvo S60.

More Features, More Price

With the updated pricing, Audi A4 Prices September 2022 Prices of Audi A4 are up by INR 6,000 to INR 1,08,000. The base Premium variant, which was earlier available at INR 43,06,000, is now higher by INR 6,000 to INR 43,12,000. Premium Plus trim now retails at INR 47,27,000. This is higher by INR 9,000 over the earlier pricing of INR 47,18,000. Meanwhile, the top-spec Technology variant garners the maximum price hike of INR 1,08,000. This takes the sticker price of the variant to INR 50,99,000. All prices mentioned are ex-showroom.

New Colours For Audi A4

Along with the price hike, customers can also choose new colour schemes for their A4. The new options include Tango Red and Manhattan Grey. These colours are in addition to its earlier colour options. These were Black Metallic, Floret Silver Metallic, Terra Grey Metallic, Ibis White and Navarra Blue Metallic.

What Changes Do We See?

On the exterior, we see a new front grille in a broader and flatter design. There’re also horizontal lines spanning the width of the car along with distinct lines on its sides. Audi has also now added a new glass sunroof on the interiors of the Audi A4.

In terms of revised features, only the Technology trim gets upgrades. The Audi A4 now features a B&O premium 3D sound system with 19 speakers and 755-watt output. This also includes 16 channel amplifier and subwoofer. In addition to this, we also get a flat bottom leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel.

Audi A4 also features a large MMI touchscreen display. This system gets free text input and natural language voice control. Other notable features include a TFT display measuring 25.65 cms, ambient lighting in 30 colours, keyless entry and a gesture-based boot lid opening system.

On the inside, we have piano black inlays with leatherette upholstery and powered front seats with a memory function for the driver’s seat. There’s also a 3-zone climate control on offer. Wireless smartphone charging systems and park assist now make it into the Audi A4 sedan’s features list as well.
