Audi announced that the brand would foray into the premium electric vehicle segment with the e-tron brand in India. The German carmaker will launch the e-tron and the e-tron Sportback on 22 July 2021. Audi also revealed that the brand will launch three variants of the e-tron in the Indian market – the Audi e-tron 50, e-tron 55 and the e-tron Sportback 55. Now, Audi has revealed the Special Service Plans, Extended Warranty and Buyback plans for the all-electric cars.
Audi e-tron Service Plans
Ahead of the cars launch, Audi announced that the e-tron 50, e-tron 55 and the e-tron Sportback 55 will comes with a choice of Service plans. The Special Service Plans will come with a 2-year to 5-year period. These specially curated service plans will allow hassle-free maintenance for Audi customers. In addition to this, the brand is also offering Comprehensive Service Plans.
These plans are available for either four years or five years, depending on the scheme chosen by the customer. The Comprehensive Service Plan covers the costs of service of the vehicle. The Comprehensive Service Plan also covers the periodic maintenance of the brakes, suspension, and Extended Warranty.
Audi e-tron Extended Warranty
The Audi e-tron will come with a standard warranty of 2 years. The brand also offers a High Voltage Battery warranty of 8 years or 160,000 km as standard. Customers can also choose 2+2 years or 2+3 years of Extended Warranty on top of the standard car warranty. This option will allow customers to transition from internal combustion engine vehicles to battery electric vehicles easily and without anxiety. The brand also revealed that the Audi employs trained and certified manpower across the network to ensure the efficient upkeep of the e-tron range.
Audi e-tron Buyback
Further reducing the customers’ anxiety is the Buyback plan from Audi. The brand offers a lucrative buyback price up to 3 years from the date of purchase on the e-tron. The best-in-class Buyback offer will help decide the customer sell or upgrade their e-tron electric vehicle. The Buyback offer is valid on the Audi e-tron 50, the Audi e-tron 55 and Audi e-tron Sportback 55.
Audi e-tron Road-Side Assistance
In addition to the service plans, extended warranty, and buyback offers, Audi will also provide complimentary five year Road Side Assistance to Audi India customers. Customers can have company-trained assistance on call in an unfortunate mechanical failure on the road.
