Ather Energy has launched its new service plans for Ather electric scooters in India. The brand revealed that the new customer centric service plans will cover free periodic maintenance, offer discounts on wear and tear parts as well as include plenty of value added services. The brand has introduced three plans – Ather Care, Ather Care Plus and Ather Care Max.
Ather Energy reveals that as more of its customers are transitioning out of its initial 3 year warranty, the brand has taken this new initiative to help customers avail the benefits of Ather service and help minimize the financial ambiguity of periodic maintenance. The brand is now offering three care plans – Ather Care, Ather Care Plus, and Ather Care Max. Thanks to these three plans customers can choose a plan that suits their needs. The three Ather Care plans are structured to cover a duration of 1 year or 10,000 kms, whichever comes first, reveals Ather. Thanks to this, the owners of Ather bikes will get comprehensive maintenance options.
Ather reveals that the Ather Care which is the base plan, includes 2 free periodic maintenance as well as a 10% discount on wear and tear parts, once a year. In addition to this, Ather Care also includes 10% discount on labour for wear and tear replacements every year. In addition to the Ather Care, the company is also offering Ather Care Plus which offers 2 free periodic maintenance and 1 free polishing. Also, the Ather Care Plus offers free wash and 10% discount on parts twice a year. Also the labour for wear and tear parts replacement is being offered twice a year at the rate of 15%. Ather Care Max which is the top-of-the-line package offers 2 free periodic maintenance, 2 free brake pad replacements, 2 free washes, 2 free ExperessCare services, 2 free polishings, free belt lubrication, 10% discount on wear and tear parts, 2 times a year and 15% discount on labour for wear and tear parts, twice a year.
Customers can purchase Ather’s service plans from Ather’s authorized service centers as well as from its experience centers. The plans range from INR 1130 and go upto INR 5900.
