Aston Martin has brought back the Vanquish which replaces the Aston Martin DBS, however retains the V12 engine. With this the Aston Martin Vanquish with the V12 engine becomes the brand’s flagship supercar. We also expect that the brand will introduce the Aston Martin Vanquish in the Indian market next year.
Powering the Aston Martin Vanquish is a 5.2-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine that produces 835 Hp of power and 1000 Nm of torque. The brand claims that the Vanquish is capable of sprinting from 0-100 KMPH in just 3.3 seconds and is capable of achieving a top speed of 345 kmph. The Vanquish comes with an 8-speed transmission with rear wheel drive and electronic shift-by-wire control system. The earlier Vanquish was powered by a V12 engine engine but was a naturally aspirated unit. In the parts bin, the Vanquish features 21-inch forged wheels along with carbon ceramic brakes and Pirelli tyres. The new twin-turbo powertrain is 100 Hp and 110 Nm more powerful than the DBS that the car replaces.
Aston Martin offers the Vanquish with a signature Aston Martin grille n the front, bonnet integrated extractors, a sharp front splitter and side skirts. In addition to this, the Vanquish also features stacked LED taillamp, a large diffuser at the back and quad exhaust pipes. The car also gets a ducktail spoiler integrated with the rear body design. On the inside, the Vanquish features a 10.25-inch infotainment cluster with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, paired to the 15-speaker Bower and Wilkins audio system. The car also features a full-digital instruments cluster, flat bottomed steering wheel with large paddle shifters, and a well laid out centre console.
Expect the Aston Martin Vanquish to launch in India in the second quarter of 2025.
