The upcoming Aprilia Tuareg 457 adventure motorcycle has been spotted undergoing rally testing, hinting at its imminent debut. The motorcycle was seen participating in the Africa Eco Race, a grueling off-road event, showcasing its potential for adventure riding.
The Tuareg 457 is expected to feature a 457cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine, similar to the one in the RS 457. The engine is anticipated to produce around 47bhp, with a focus on delivering robust performance for off-road conditions. The bike is likely to come equipped with 21-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoked wheels, providing stability and traction on rough terrains.
During the rally, the Tuareg 457 was equipped with a tower navigation setup, indicating its readiness for long-distance adventures. The bike’s long-travel suspension and single disc brake at the front are designed to handle the challenges of off-road riding. The rally version also features a flat seat and rear panel, which are expected to be modified for a more practical setup in the production model.
