Aprilia has announced the RS 457 Trofeo which will offer the purest racing experience. The brand also announced that the Aprilia RS 457 Trophy one make championship will commence in 2025, but the build-up will begin as soon as September 2024. Thanks to the Aprilia RS 457 Trophy, the Italian brand will be able to groom budding racers and build a new generation of racers for the Aprilia Racing team, in the future. Aprilia RS 457 – Balanced Power and Weight

Aprilia RS 457 is the perfect balance between weight and power. Its twin-cylinder motor is not only powerful enough but also light and balanced and apt for beginner racers as well as for racers who want keep their skills sharp. Powering the Aprilia RS 457 is an in-line two-cylinder 457cc liquid-cooled engine that makes 47 BHP of power and 43.5 Nm of torque. The engine is matched to a 6-speed gearbox, a Quickshifter system and a Ride-By-Wire system.

Aprilia is also offering a new RS 457 Trophy Kit designed to improve the performance of the RS 457 in the race. In addition to this, the racing kit also comes with a racing electronic control unit, and a complete exhaust system developed in collaboration with SC Project which is also the partner of Aprilia Racing in MotoGP. While Aprilia revealed that the Aprilia RS 457 Trophy season will commence from 2025, the preview for the season is scheduled on the 8th September, 2024, Sunday in Cremona and will take place in conjunction with the IMF Cup, followed by 6th October in Misano which is in conjunction with the Coppa Italia.
