Ampere Care Camp from 14th – 28th November 2022

Greaves Electric Mobility Private Limited (GEMPL) has recently introduced “Ampere Care Camp”. This is a PAN India initiative that offers exciting benefits for its “Ampere” brand customers in after-sales services. Ampere confirmed that the camp will commence on November 14th, 2022, and run till November 28th, 2022. This will cover all of GEMPL’s service touch points pan India.

What’s On Offer Under “Ampere Care Camp”?

With this service schedule, customers can take advantage of an array of offers and discounts during this camp. For periodic maintenance work, the customers will get a paid labor discount of up to 25 percent. Moreover, there’s also a 10 percent discount on paid spare parts. In addition to the above, customers will also get a 10 percent discount on extended warranty purchases.

The camp proves Ampere’s consistent commitment to enhancing the after-sales experience for its customers. With an active customer database of more than 1.7 lakh Ampere scooter owners across India, this service camp will benefit the most. The service camp also attempts to create a fully immersive experience and foster a long-lasting connection with the brand. The ‘Ampere Care Camp’ will also feature customer engagement activities such as customer gatherings, drawing competitions for scooter owners’ kids, awareness sessions about 24×7 Roadside Assistance, and up to 5 years of extended warranty offerings.

Ampere Vehicles Current Status

To further add to the excitement of the customers, new model test drive melas for existing customers are also in plans in select locations. Under the ‘Know Your Ampere’ initiative, customers will gain greater awareness of the maintenance of their Ampere scooter. GEMPL is expecting a footfall of 15,000 customers.

With a strong base of over 1.7 lakh customers, Ampere is becoming a popular EV brand. GEMPL has a strong presence in both electric two-wheeler and electric three-wheeler segments. Under electric 2-wheelers, ‘Ampere’ has become a fast-growing e-scooter brand and they have a strong presence in both B2C and B2B segments. Meanwhile with Bestway, the ELE brand (e-rickshaw), and MRL Auto, the Teja brand (e-autos and e-cargos). GEMPL is fast expanding in the electric 3-wheeler segment as well.
