Datsun has updated their Redi-Go budget hatchback with ABS+EBD as standard. All variants on the Datsun Redi-Go, which includes D, A, T, T(O) & S now get this safety feature as a standard kit. Apart from this, the top variant gets an optional driver airbag while other standard kit includes 3-point seat belts, child lock, engine immobilizer and high mount stop lamp.
The Datsun Redi-Go is sold in 2 engine options. The 0.8L petrol version has a fuel economy of 22.7 kmpl and produces 54 PS of power and 72 Nm of torque. The 1.0L version produces 68 PS of power and 91 Nm of torque which delivers 23 kmpl of mileage. The 1.0L model also comes with a 5-speed AMT gearbox.
