Honda has introduced the new 2021 Rebel CMX 1100 cruiser in the European market. The Honda CMX1100 uses the same classic bare-boned ‘bobber’ formula but comes with a sizeable parallel-twin engine from the CRF1100 Africa Twin. In addition, the cruiser motorcycle also comes with a Dual Clutch Transmission option, expanding Honda DCT automatic range in the international market.
Honda Rebel – Inception
Honda introduced the Rebel back in 2017. The cruiser motorcycle came with an A2 licence-friendly 500cc twin-cylinder, the CMX500 Rebel. The cruiser motorcycle offers a combination of a timeless ‘bobber’ look and modern styling and equipment. These values earned the CMX500 Rebel much popularity, and in just two years from inception, the Rebel was the third biggest-selling custom style machine in Europe. Now, the CMX1100 Rebel carries over the essence of the smaller motorcycle but adds more character, power and Honda’s most advanced technology.
