Tata Motors is currently working on the facelift model of the Altroz hatchback. A test mule of the upcoming model has been recently seen during a test run. Check below for the complete list of changes that the new model will get.

As visible in the spy shots, the heavily camouflaged test mule shows that the facelift is going to embrace the current design mostly. However, look closely, and you can spot the redesigned front bumper with vertical slats and new lights.
The side profile is also identical to the current model, but the covered alloy wheels indicate that it’s a new design. Moreover, the rear design also happens to be the same as the current model but with a redesigned rear bumper.
While the spy shots are not very detailed, one photo shows the bigger 10.25-inch infotainment screen, which is similar to the Altroz Racer Edition. Moreover, we suspect that the facelift will offer the front ventilated seats carried forward from the Racer Edition.
Under the hood, the new Altroz will remain unchanged. Mind you, the current model is offered with multiple powertrain options, including a 1.2-litre petrol, a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol, and a 1.5-litre turbo-diesel engine. Additionally, it is offered in an EV and a CNG avatar as well.
With the new features and design updates, the Altroz facelift will be priced higher than the current model. The Altroz range, as of now, is priced between Rs 6.65 lakh and Rs 11.60 lakh (ex-showroom). We are expecting the launch to take place in the coming months.

The Altroz hatchback has proven to be a modest product, as its sales have been mostly on the lower side. With the new updated model, Tata will try to push the dying sales of the Altroz. For more details about the facelifted model, stay tuned to shifting-gears.com.
