2025 Honda Amaze revealed before launch in spy shots

The highly anticipated 2025 Honda Amaze has been spotted in spy shots, recently. The new model is expected to hit the market by the end of this year. Deliveries are likely to commence in January 2025.

Design and Features

The latest spy shots reveal that the new Amaze retains its sub-4 meter length, but features a redesigned front fascia with a wider honeycomb grille and sharper LED projector headlights. The new design also includes updated DRLs and a sleeker fog lamp design, giving the front a more modern and stylish look. The rear of the car features sophisticated L-shaped LED taillights, adding to its premium appearance.

Inside, the 2025 Amaze is expected to come with a larger floating infotainment display and a semi-digital instrument cluster, similar to the Honda Elevate SUV. The cabin will also feature rectangular AC vents, a shark fin antenna, and a reverse parking camera. The new model will have three fixed headrests for the rear passengers, enhancing comfort and safety.

Powertrain and Performance

The new Amaze will continue to be powered by Honda’s trusted 1.2-liter, 4-cylinder petrol engine, delivering 90 horsepower and 110 Nm of torque. The engine will be paired with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a CVT automatic, providing a smooth and efficient driving experience. There are also talks of CNG-powered variants joining the lineup later.

Market Competition and Expectations

The new Honda Amaze will face stiff competition from rivals like the Maruti Dzire and Hyundai Aura. With its bold new design and enhanced features, the Amaze aims to capture a significant share of the compact sedan market in India. The launch of the new model is expected to boost Honda’s sales, as the Amaze currently accounts for a substantial portion of the company’s total sales. Would it be successful?
