2025 Hero Splendor Plus – What to expect?

As seen in the spy shots, the test motorcycle is nearly production-ready. While its design is completely identical to the current model, its fuel tank has different graphics that provide an aesthetic outlook. Meanwhile, the side panels also appear to be slightly updated.

However, the major update on the new model will be its OBD-2B-compliant engine. This new update is as per the latest emission norms by the government and the bike will support E20 fuel type.

Mind you, the Splendor Plus is powered by a 97.2cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that makes 8 bhp and 8.05 Nm of peak power and torque, respectively. It is mated to a 5-speed transmission, which powers the rear wheel.

In terms of features, the current model is equipped with a fully digital LCD console that also supports Bluetooth smartphone connectivity. We assume that this unit will remain unchanged on the updated bike as well.

Since there are no major updates to the motorcycle, it will not be long before the bike is launched. The current model lineup of the Splendor Plus starts from Rs 77,176 and goes up to Rs 79,926 (ex-showroom, India).
