2025 Ducati Panigale V4 – what has changed?

Design and features

The primary change on the new Panigale V4 is its all-new design. It has now become sleeker and sharper to look at, as it now comes loaded with a new fairing, new LED lights, and winglets integrated for better aerodynamic support.

It also comes loaded with a colour 6.9-inch TFT that gets updated graphics and various features, including different ride modes, traction control modes, wheelie control, slide control, and more. It also supports Bluetooth connectivity for better connectivity and rider support.

Engine and hardware

The biggest change on the new model, mechanically, is the new double-sided swingarm that offers improved structural rigidity and grip. Additionally, the frame on the front is now 40 per cent stiffer in lateral stiffness, which improves the corner handling of the bike.

Powering the new Panigale V4 is the 1,103cc V4 engine that makes 214 bhp and 120.9 Nm of peak power and torque, respectively. To deliver this power, a 6-speed transmission along with a quickshifter and slipper-clutch has been fitted.

Hardware-wise, Ducati has equipped it with Ohlins electronically adjustable USD suspension at the front with NPX-30 pressurised forks and TTX36 shock at the rear. It is also the first sportsbike to be equipped with the new Brembo Hypure performance brake calipers.

Launch price, variants, rivals

The launch price of the new Panigale V4 is Rs 29.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the standard variant and Rs 36.50 lakh (ex-showroom) for the S trim, which features more high-performance parts. The direct rival of the new Panigale V4 is the BMW S 1000 RR.
