2025 Audi RS Q8 – changes explained

The first change in the 2025 model of the RS Q8 is its trim revision. It is now available with only one engine option which is the powerful 4.0-litre turbocharged V8 mill. This engine churns out 640 bhp and 850 Nm of peak power and torque.

This powertrain now produces 40 bhp more than the outgoing model. The 0-100 km/h time now stands at 3.6 seconds, whilst the top speed is limited to 250 km/h. It is due to the introduction of a new differential, a revised exhaust system, and new electric motors that stabilize the car by assisting its suspension.

The cosmetic changes include the new honeycomb front grille, LED Matrix headlights, and a sport body kit that also gets matte black treatment. On the inside, the new RS Q8 uses the combination of a sporty Alcantara leather upholstery along with red stitching for an overall sporty feel.

The top features of the new RS Q8 include a 12.3-inch virtual cockpit with shift light indicator, wireless phone connectivity, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Wi-Fi connectivity, etc. Audi has also equipped it with sporty menu that includes the G-force display, lap timing, and power-torque output display.

The primary rivals of the new RS Q8 are the Mercedes-Benz GLE 63 AMG, Porsche Cayenne GTS, and Maserati Grecale.
