Royal Enfield has launched a new roadster motorcycle in India, and it is called the Grr 450. Sorry, it’s called the Guerrilla 450. Yes, you read it right, it is a roadster motorcycle and not a scrambler, and it rides on 17″ wheels at both ends. The Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is based on the existing Himalayan 450, but there’s a lot that has changed.
Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Price & Variants:
This new Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 has been launched in 3 variants – Guerrilla 450 Analogue, Guerrilla 450 Dash & Guerrilla 450 Flash. The base model Guerrilla 450 Analogue has been priced at INR 2.39 lakh and it comes with an analogue + digital speedometer cluster. The mid Guerrilla 450 Dash variant comes with the new TFT display and has been priced at INR 2.49 lakh. The most expensive Guerrilla 450 Flash variant is priced at INR 2.54 lakh and it will come with special colour schemes with contrasting wheel paint.
Also note, the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 does not come in any base variant with spoke wheels. So all alloy wheel variants on sale. Of course, there would be plenty of genuine accessories designed, developed and tested specifically for the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450.
Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Colours:
This new sibling to the Himalayan 450, the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Dash trim will be available in Gold Dip & Playa Black colours. The Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Analogue trim will be available in Smoke & Playa Black colours. The most expensive Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Flash trim will be available in Yellow Ribbon & Brava Blue paint schemes. The colour schemes on the new Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 stands out compared to any other product by the brand, and can be said that they are bold, but could be gaudy for some.
Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Competition:
In the Indian market as of today, the new Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 will rival the likes of Triumph Speed 400, Bajaj Dominar 400, KTM 390 Duke, Hero MotoCorp Mavrick 440, etc. If you thought that the Himalayan 450 was too much to handle inside the city, then the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 could be the ideal motorcycle for your commutes. But compared to competition, it might still be on the heavier side for ease of use. A test ride would answer your worries about the weight.
