2024 Maruti Suzuki DZire interiors revealed in spy shots

The interiors of the upcoming 2024 Maruti Suzuki DZire have been revealed through a series of spy shots. These images provide a sneak peek into the significant upgrades and new features that the compact sedan will offer.

A Fresh and Modern Cabin Design

The new-generation DZire’s cabin showcases a modern design. The dashboard has undergone a significant transformation, featuring a multi-layered design that adds depth and character to the interior. One of the most notable changes is the introduction of a larger, free-standing 9-inch infotainment screen, which is expected to support the latest connectivity options, including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Enhanced Comfort and Convenience

The 2024 DZire aims to elevate comfort and convenience for both the driver and passengers. The cabin is equipped with automatic climate control. Rear AC vents have been included to enhance passenger comfort. Another welcome addition is a sunroof.

The steering wheel has been redesigned with a flat-bottom, three-spoke layout, providing a sporty feel while ensuring ease of use. Additionally, the inclusion of cruise control and a semi-digital instrument cluster with a 4.2-inch digital MID (Multi-Information Display) adds to the car’s modern appeal.

Advanced Technology and Safety Features

Maruti Suzuki has integrated several advanced technologies into the new DZire. The spy shots reveal the presence of a 360-degree surround camera system, a first for the DZire, which will significantly aid in parking and maneuvering in tight spaces. The car is also expected to feature multiple USB ports, including a Type-C charging port, catering to the needs of modern-day users. Safety has been prioritized with the inclusion of features such as multiple airbags, ABS with EBD, and ESP (Electronic Stability Program).

Engine and Performance

Under the hood, the 2024 DZire will be powered by Maruti Suzuki’s new 1.2-litre Z-series three-cylinder petrol engine. This engine, which was recently introduced with the new Swift, promises a balance of performance and fuel efficiency. The engine puts out 80.46 PS of power and 111 Nm of torque. It will be available with both a five-speed manual and an AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) gearbox. There will be a CNG option added later.
