The Mahindra XUV 3XO will be revealed on April 29. We have already seen one teaser where the exteriors of the SUV are teased. Mahindra has released a new trailer revealing some more details.
The new teaser gives us a better look at the redesigned LED headlamps and the DRLs. The XUV 3XO gets a new DRL signature and bi-LED headlamps. The grille has also been completely redesigned. It is now a two-part grille with a large air intake. From the side profile view, the 3XO retains a similar silhouette as the XUV 300. The teaser also suggests that there will be dual-tone colour options offered with the 3XO. There is not shark fin antenna offered.
The interior reveals a panoramic sunroof. This will be a first in the sub-4 meter SUV segment. The rear seat also gets headrests for all three passengers. At the front there are new seats with larger head rests. The front will also get a new infotainment screen. There is also a redesigned steering wheel and gear selector knob. The central console has also been completely redesigned but retains physical controls. The interior overall appears to be more premium.
The Mahindra XUV 3XO will be unveiled on April 29, 2024. It is expected to go on sale right after. We can expect deliveries to start in second half of June. In terms of pricing, Mahindra could price the XUV 3XO between INR 7.99 lakh to INR 13.99 lakh ex-showroom. It will replace the XUV 300 and take on the likes of the Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon and Kia Sonet which are currently dominating the sub-4 meter compact SUV segment.
