2024 Kinetic Green E-Luna launched in India at INR 69,990

Kinetic Green has launched a new electric scooter Kinetic E-Luna at the price of INR 69,990 ex-showroom. Kinetic Green is the electric mobility vertical of Kinetic Group, infamous for its Kinetic Honda scooter and the Kinetic Luna. In the past, ‘Kinetic’ was a household name as the brand empowered thousands of families across India with its two-wheelers. It still brings in core memories for many as it was one of only a handful brands in India. The Kinetic Luna is also a special moped and brings back the nostalgia along with it. But this time around, its going to be “Chal Meri Luna, Par Ab Petrol Ke Bina.”

Kinetic E-Luna – Technical Specifications and Features

Powering the Kinetic E-Luna is a 1.2 Kw Brush Less DC motor with a 51V 55A controller. The motor is powered by a 2 kWh Li Ion NMC (Nickel Manganese Cobalt) battery. Kinetic claims a range of 110 km on a single charge with this battery and motor setup. Also, the E-Luna comes with a top speed of 50 kmph. The Kinetic E-Luna comes with a 10 Ampere charger that claims to charge the E-Luna in 4 hours.

The Kerb weight without battery is 96 kgs on the E-Luna. In addition to this, the E-Luna comes with 1985mm of length, 735mm of width and 1036mm of height. The electric scooter also comes with a 1335mm wheelbase and 170mm of ground clearance.

Kinetic Green offers the E-Luna with Drum brakes on the front and rear. In addition to this, the E-Luna also comes with Combined Braking System for safety. The EV also comes with hydraulic telescopic front suspension and Dual, Hydraulic damper with spring on the rear.

Kinetic E-Luna – Warranty

Kinetic is offering the E-Luna in two variants – X1 and X2. The E-Luna X2 comes with a price tag of INR 74,990 ex-showroom. Furthermore, the Kinetic E-Luna comes with five colour options – Red, Yellow, Black, Blue and Green. Kinetic Green is offering a warranty of 40,000 kms or 36 Months on the E-Luna.
