Kia has launched the new 2024 Kia Sonet Facelift in the Indian market at the price starting INR 7.99 lakh ex-showroom. Patrons can now put down an amount of INR 25,000/- to book the new Kia Sonet through Kia official website as well as Kia authorised showrooms.
The Kia Sonet Facelift features a new Front Fascia which includes new Crown Jewel LED Headlamps. The light signature are also new consisting of new DRLs with a Star Map design. The rear of the car also gets a new Star Map Connected LED taillamp. The GTX+ and X-Line models get sleek LED fog lamps while the HTK+, HTX & HTX+ come with ICE-Cube LED Fog Lamps. Kia has also made changes to the tail gate design.
The SUV also comes with a new Alloy Wheel design with 16-inch Crystal Cut Alloy Wheels. The GTX+ and X-Line variant also comes with a body colour spoiler. The bumpers of the new Kia Sonet are also new. Kia is offering the new Sonet with 8 Monotone, 2 Dual Tone and 1 Matte Finish colour option. This also includes a new Olive Pewter colour option.
The Kia Sonet Facelift features a new Dashboard with Dual Screen Connected Panel Design. The SUV comes with 10.25-inch Instruments cluster with Colour LCD MID and a 10.25-inch HD Infotainment system with Navigation. The car also comes with a new GT Line Logo on Steering wheel. Kia is also offering the Sonet SUV with BOSE Premium 7 Speaker System.
The car also gets LED Ambient Sound Lighting and 60:40 Seatback Split Fold Seats. The interiors come with 5 colour options which includes an All Black interior with premium Brown inserts (New Colour). The car also features a 360 Degree Camera with Blind View Monitor in the Cluster. The Kia Sonet Facelift also comes with a 4-Way Power Driver’s Seat.
The new Kia Sonet Facelift comes with a total of 25 safety features out of which 15 features are standard across all variants. Safety features include 6 airbags as standard across all variants. Higher-spec models also include ADAS Level1 safety features with 10 autonomous features.
The Kia Sonet Facelift comes with a 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine that makes 82 PS of power and 115 Nm of torque. Another 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine produces 118 PS of power and 172 Nm of torque. Diesel lovers also get a 1.5-litre CRDi diesel engine that produces 114 PS of power and 250 Nm of torque. The SUV also comes with a 5-speed manual, a 6-speed iMY (Clutchless), a 6-speed Automatic (torque convertor) and a 7-speed DCT (Dual Clutch) gearbox option spread across variants.
