Hyundai has launched the new Creta facelift in India with a starting price of INR 10.99 lakh ex-showroom. The car comes with new exterior features and new interiors making it ever-more desirable and also brings out its off-road rugged styling. Hyundai also introduced a number of standard safety features as well as Level 2 ADAS on the Creta facelift.
The new Hyundai Creta comes with a new dashboard with a curvilinear display. The new Creta comes with a new 10.25-inch digital instruments cluster and a new 10.25-inch Infotainment screen. In addition to this, the SUV also features a premium BOSE 8-speaker system, Navigation and Bluelink Connected features.
The facelift Creta also gets a leatherette D-Cut steering wheel and gear shifter. The car also comes with leatherette seats with ventilation and a two step recline function on the rear seats. Hyundai is also introducing the Dual Zone Automatic Temperature Control (DATC) with the new Creta.
On the outside, the Hyundai Creta comes with a new front fascia in-line with the Sensuous Sportiness design philosophy. The Hyundai Creta also comes with a new parametric grille and new headlamps. The car also comes with new Horizon LED Positioning lamp and Quad beam LED headlamps. The rear also comes with a new LED connected taillamp and a new tailgate design. Hyundai is also offering a new Robust Emerald Pearl colourway with the new Creta.
The new Hyundai Creta comes with Hyundai SmartSense – Level 2 ADAS with 19 safety features. In total the new Creta comes with 70 safety features. This also includes a number of safety features as standard. Standard safety features include 6 Airbags, 3-point seat belts for all seats, all-4 disc brakes, Vehicle Stability Management, Electronic Stability Control and more.
ADAS features include Forward Collison Warning and Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Departure Warning etc. The car also comes with Driver Attention Warning, Safe Exit Warning, Smart Cruise Control with Stop and Go, Lane Following Assist, High Beam Assist and Leading Vehicle Departure Alert. ADAS features also include Blind-Spot View Monitor with Blind Spot Collison Warning and Avoidance Assist.
Hyundai offers the new Creta with a 115 PS / 144 Nm naturally aspirated 1.5-litre petrol engine with 6-speed manual and IVT gearbox options. The SUV also comes with a 116 PS / 250 Nm, 1.5-litre CRDi diesel engine. The diesel option comes with 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox option. The brand also offers a 160 PS / 251 Nm 1.5-litre turbo-petrol TGDi engine. The engine comes with only a 7-speed DCT gearbox.
