Written by Kanad Kalasur

Hero MotoCorp has already started working on the next-generation of the XPulse Adv bike. The company is currently developing the new XPulse 210, which can be expected to hit the showrooms sometime in 2024.

What’s new in the Hero XPulse 210?

In terms of looks, the XPulse 210 appears to be very similar to the existing model. However, the bike maker could update the bike to look different when it comes to a production-ready version.

To keep costs under control, Hero could also use the existing XPulse frame along with a 210cc engine. The XPulse has become a very popular offering from Hero MotoCorp. In fact, it has become Hero MotoCorp’s most popular premium motorcycle among customers in India and across our global markets. This motorcycle is perfect for new-age explorers. This motorcycle is their path to fulfilling their aspirations for adventure and offroad thrill. Thus, the new XPulse 210 targets to create a differentiated experience for the riders.

Hero could also launch the Pro variant of the XPulse 210. This version could get a fully adjustable front suspension of 250mm and rear suspension of 220mm. The prP variant also benefits from a taller seat height of 850mm and also an increased ground clearance of 270mm. The equipped handlebar riser also underlines the robust off-road attributes. The Extended gear lever and longer side stand further ensure an unmatched off-road experience.

Powertrain of the Hero XPulse 210

The prototype version of the bike looks to come equipped with a 210cc liquid cooled engine. This is similar to the one on the Karizma XMR. This engine is rated at 25 BHP and a peak torque of 20.4 Nm. Power is sent to the rear wheels via 6-speed gearbox.

In contrast, the 2023 Hero XPluse 200 4V motorcycle uses a 200cc 4 Valve oil-cooled BS-VI engine. This motor is capable of delivering a maximum power output of 18.8 BHP at 8000 rpm and a peak torque of 17.35 Nm at 6500 rpm. The motorcycle benefits from three ABS modes suited for different riding conditions – Road, Off-Road and Rally.
