2023 Hyundai i10 NIOS Facelift Hyundai is here. Hyundai has updated its engine to meet the latest emissions compliance. Apart from that, the hatchback also gets a minor facelift. Thanks to these updates, we expect prices to go a bit higher. Hyundai has officially revealed the first photos of the 2023 Grand i10 NIOS. In fact, the dealer dispatch of the new 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS has already commenced.
2023 Grand i10 NIOS
Hyundai said that the new Grand i10 NIOS exemplifies the brand’s efforts to elevate customer experiences ‘Beyond Mobility’. The focus is on delivering best-in-class safety, modern and hi-tech styling as well as advanced convenience. The new Grand i10 NIOS comes with a host of first-in-segment safety features. This includes the standard application of 4 Airbags (Dual Front + Side) and optional 6 airbags.
It also includes new features such as LED Tail lamps, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System – Highline, Cruise Control, Electronic Stability Control, Hill Start Assist Control and much more. In its new futuristic avatar, the new Grand i10 NIOS will aim to grab the customer’s interest as the most stylish and valuable product offering in its segment.
What Changes Do We See?
The hatchback gets new LED DRLs in the front along with an updated front and rear bumper. On the inside, we see an 8-inch touchscreen, Fast USB Charger, wireless charger, Smartkey with push button start/ stop, Full Automatic Temperature Control(FATC), Voice Recognition, rear AC vents, etc. To make NIOS comply with RDE regulations, Hyundai has done changes to the 1.2L 4-cylinder petrol engine. The 1.0-litre turbo option is no longer available and so is the diesel. The only engine option on offer is 1.2-litre petrol. The performance figure reads as 83 PS and 114 Nm. It is available with both MT and AMT.
Customers can also have the option to get i10 NIOS CNG – 69 PS / 95.2 Nm. We are expecting a price increment between INR 20,000 and INR 40,00. The hatchback is now available in 6 Monotone Colour Options. These are Polar White, Titan Grey, Typhoon Silver, Spark Green (New Exclusive), Teal Blue and Fiery Red. There’s also the choice of Dual Tone colour options for the new Grand i10 NIOS. These are Spark Green (New) with a black roof and Polar White with a black roof.
