Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has revealed the 2023 CB300F in India. While the bike receives minor updates, the highlight is the lowered new price. The 2023 Honda CB300F will be on sale for INR 1,70,000. This makes it around INR 56,000 lower that the outgoing bike.
Minimal updates to the 2023 Honda CB300F
The biggest update to the Honda CB300F is the updated OBD-II A compliance. The bike also meets the second phase of the BS6 emission norms. Despite this, there is no change in the performance of the motorcycle.
Coming to the design, the bike comes with aggressive and sharp styling. The CB300F also comes with sporty stance, body work which gets angular design amongst others. Honda has equipped the bike with golden front forks which quite add to the bikes overall appeal.
It must be remembered that back in December, Honda offered around INR 50,000 discount. The new price is lower than even this discounted price. The Honda CB300F retailed at an ex-showroom price of INR 2.26 lakh to INR 2.29 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). This was for the Deluxe and Deluxe Pro variants, respectively.
Other features on the bike include an LED headlamp, fully digital instrument cluster, dual-channel ABS, smartphone connectivity, Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) and alloy wheels.
Hardware of the 2023 Honda CB300F
The CB300F comes with upside down front forks and a preload adjustable rear monoshock. It gets 17-inch alloys as well. The bike also gets dual-channel ABS, traction control and an assist and slipper clutch amongst others. In terms of braking, the CB300F equips a 276mm front disc and a 220mm rear disc.

The engine is the same unit as before, but is now OBD II compliant. The 293.5cc single-cylinder engine gets liquid-cooling and develops 24 BHP and 25.6 Nm of peak
The Honda CB300F locks its horns against the likes of the Suzuki Gixxer 250 and the KTM 250 Duke in the Indian market.
