The Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition for the motorcycle model range includes YZF-R15M and MT-15 V2.0. This motorcycle range showcases the Yamaha MotoGP branding on the tank shrouds, the fuel tank and side panels, thus perfectly outlining Yamaha’s racing background. The AEROX 155 and the RayZR Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition in the scooter segment get Yamaha MotoGP branding on the overall body. Yamaha also has plans to strengthen the global image of excitement, style, and sportiness by offering MotoGP-inspired Editions in the future as well.

Yamaha has always been synonymous with motorsports. The motorcycle maker already has a strong racing DNA in international motorsports. Now with the launch of Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition, Yamaha proves its commitment to offering a model range that showcases this proud lineage.

MT-15 V2.0 Monster Energy Edition

The MT-15 V2.0 is a street motorcycle from Yamaha that looks quite radical in design. Now with the Monster Energy livery, the motorcycle looks even more intimidating. The MT-15 V2.0 uses a 155cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 18.14 bhp and a torque of 14.1 Nm. As for brakes, the MT-15 gets discs at both ends. They also get an anti-locking braking system. Suspension duty is taken care of by 37mm upside-down front forks and a preload-adjustable mono-shock at the rear.

Key features include a fully-digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity (Y-connect). Thus, users get updates like phone calls/SMS/email alerts, phone battery status, malfunction notifications, and last parked location. For the Monster Energy Edition, Yamaha has put on a sticker price of INR 1,65,400 (ex-showroom).
