2022 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V with DRL headlamp launched at INR 1,33,840

TVS Motor Company has unveiled the updated the 2022 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V. TVS has ensured to equip the 2022 Apache RTR 200 4V with a new headlamp, and a signature LED DRL. According to TVS, the new Daytime Running Light changes its stance to a Front Position Lamp (FPL) during riding.

2022 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V: Design & Price 

The updated 2022-spec Apache RTR 200 4V features a sporty design with body-coloured front and side panels. TVS also showcases black plastic cladding on the side panels, the exhaust, and the front/rear mudguards. The rear of the Apache RTR 200 4V features a single LED taillight with grab-on pillion handles.

Additionally, the bike showcases RTR decals and red graphics on the sides of the fuel tank, front cowl, and rear panels. TVS has priced the single-channel ABS variant of the Apache RTR 200 4V at INR 1,33,840 (ex-showroom). On the other hand, the dual-channel ABS variant of the bike costs INR 1,38,890 (ex-showroom). TVS offers the 2022 Apache RTR 200 4V in 3 colours- Gloss Black, Pearl White, and Matte Black.

2022 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V: Technical Specs 

Powering the Apache RTR 200 4V is a 197.75cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, 4-valve, oil-cooled engine paired to a 5-speed gearbox. The bike produces 20.5 PS of power and 16.8 Nm of torque with a 127 km/h top speed. With a 0-60 km/h time of 3.9 seconds, the bike features three riding modes- Sport, Urban, and Rain. The bike uses a Double Cradle Split Synchro Stiff Frame with a 3-step adjustable clutch and brake levers. This allows the rider to customize their riding experience for additional adaptability.

The bike features telescopic Showa front forks with a preload adjuster and a new Showa monoshock rear suspension. To improve the braking performance, TVS offers a single 270mm front disc and a single 240mm rear disc. The Apache RTR 200 4V also features 17-inch alloy wheels, a 12-litre fuel tank, and an 800mm rider seat height.
